City of Kent Property Condemnation - East Valley Highway & Benson Rd.

The City of Kent is working on a 3-lane road that will connect East Valley Highway (84^th Ave S/Central Ave N) and Benson Road (108^th Ave SE/SR 515).  The City plans to:

• build a new bridge over SE 167 at 224^th Street and Garrison Creek along S 218^th St, and
• install new curbs, sidewalks, planter strips and a planted center median, and
• move overhead utilities underground, and
• install new storm drainage treatment and detention facilities.
